Engaging mini-games test your reading, writing, and speaking skills, and joining a club (where you can encourage and compete with others) adds a great social element. Bonus: all those languages and games are available for free!

Love it!!!!

I love this app so much! It’s a great program to learn many different languages. You can learn many different languages. And you learn it very quickly as well. It is divided by topics. Each topic has several levels. Level zero teaches you everything in that topic and every level past that is basically just practice. The app will pronounce each word for you, have you pick the words from a word box, or type the answer. It will also say it to you for you to type what you heard, and even have you record you pronouncing some words or having a conversation. You can have streaks based on the amount of experience you learn each day. You also earn gems for passing each level. You can use the gems to keep your streak or to buy health. If you get a certain number of questions wrong, you run out of health. You can buy it back with gems or earn it back by practicing your weak points. That’s basically the app in a semi-short paragraph. This is totally worth downloading if you want to learn another language. And to reflect on all of the one-star reviews, I disagree with the, and personally don't have these problems and neither have any of my friends and family that have used this app as well. I more specifically refer to the ones talking about it crashing on iPads. That must be a problem with the iPad because several people I know (including me) use this app on an iPad with no issues. I use this app on my computer, iPad, and phone, and have no issues with any of them.

Learning made easy and fun

This is my third attempt in life to learn Spanish. I took it once in middle school and tried to pick it up again a few years ago. I work at a Mexican restaurant where a few employees I work with only speak Spanish and a few others who speak Spanish and English, so having people I want to communicate with and I can practice on gave me a reason to try again. I’ve actually learned more in a week on this app then I did a year in Spanish class. I used a similar language app that was monthly subscription but I didn’t get too far on it. This one is free, fun, challenging, and I can’t wait to see where I’ll be in a month and a year from now. My only issue with the app is when it says you used the wrong word even though you used the word it consistently used before. Example. I had to translate ‘Yo necesito una camisa’ and I wrote ‘I need a shirt.’ Well up to this point, it’s always been ‘I need’ but it said I used the wrong word and ‘I require’ was correct. Which it is, but it wasn’t consistent. I redid that question and used ‘ I need ‘ again and got it right. This has happened a few other times as well. Most of the time it will say ‘Another correct solution is’ and give you another possible answer. On some rare occasions it will say you used the wrong word even though it’s the one you always used and it will say you got it right the second time around. Amazing app, though. Thank you!

  Ken's audio score of 5 leaves me no room for increase, but the DTS:X encoding does indeed surpass its predecessor in numerous respects. Start with that opening dissonance, as the Warner logo advances toward the camera, rusting, cracking and disintegrating as it goes. Harry potter part 4 movie.
